Jacek has broad experience in the field of people and organizational development for international and Polish corporations. Expert in Leadership Development, Team Coaching and Experiential Learning. Also works as an executive and expat coach as well as an MBA professor at Franklin (USA), Viadrina (Germany) and WSB Universities.

Author of many articles and models in the fields of management, leadership and personal growth. Holds a diploma of Master of Science in Management from the University of Calgary, Canada. Privately passionate about mountain climbing – led expeditions to Patagonia, the Himalayas, Alaska and Yukon – a source of inspiration for his public speaking and coaching of top performers in business and sports. Polish and Canadian citizen, currently residing in Poland and Spain.

He has worked as a senior trainer at Outward Bound Canada, Canadian Armed Forces, consultant in Neumann Management Institute, business development manager in Achieve Global Learning Systems, Impact Development Training Group, as well as expat/executive coach at Marshall Goldsmith, CoachU and NetExpat, Brussels. For 25 years Jacek has specialized in working with leaders and their teams allowing him to deeply understand people’s behaviors, organizational processes and effective methods to achieve and sustain business change. For the last 12 years his main focus has been working with management teams and boards of directors of international corporations. His services include training, consulting as well as individual and team coaching – especially in the area of creating vision, top team consolidation around strategy and solving difficult management or business growth challenges – on the individual, team and organizational level. Recently, he is working more and more 1 to 1 with general managers and CEO’s.

Jacek’s leadership journey is full of interesting stories. Since the age of 16 he has been leading groups on 3-week wilderness trips. At the age of 21 he has successfully led a Himalayan expedition. Explorer in himself turned inward as he decided to lead people on personal development expeditions lasting up to 60 days. These included working with the Canadian Army cadets in Alaska, wilderness challenge for leaders in Canadian Rockies, working with generals – turned directors from global security company, medical doctors, teachers and corporate heads. Working away from civilization or any available help, in tough conditions, taught him how to overcome any difficulty and lead people to achieve their professional and personal dreams.

The second part of his career is closely focused on business. Here he calls managers forth to achieve outstanding results and develop their people. As an expert in Leadership and Team Coaching he has developed and led more than 3000 hours of leadership and teamcoaching programs in many countries in Europe, North America, Asia and Africa. He is also actively involved in international professional organizations – International Coach Federation, Experiential Education Europe and many others.

Having broad understanding of corporate management needs, international profile, experience in bringing business results and unique methods of training and coaching delivery allows him to be involved with a variety of organizational development projects. His truly extraordinary mix of soft and hard business skills, coaching/management education and personal experience make him a coach that can inspire and support top managers facing the most difficult challenges.
