Team Coaching
This is the main field of our services, still rare on the market because it requires coaches/trainers who are qualified and experienced in coaching teams. In these programs we build, develop and increase effectiveness of teams in accordance with the vision and strategy of the firm. We focus especially on team priorities, trust, openness, communication, collaboration and organization of the team, so it can succeed in its mission.
Group Coaching
For managers in leadership roles, their successors, or high potentials, we offer group coaching programs during which people work together on the same issues, share their learning and support each other in development. These programs are definitely worth considering, because of added benefits, such as increased sharing of knowledge as well as better support, communication and collaboration in the participant pool and in the whole organization. It is also possible to invent and implement system changes this way.
Experiential Team Coaching
It is our long standing speciality, a service we are really proud of. By adding experiential activities, such as management games, organizational simulations, role playing projects, active CSR projects, outdoor challenges and active reviews, we create remarkably effective and memorable programs that strengthen participants' habits as well as build team character.
