Train the Trainer Program

The AfT Train the Trainer program consists of three modules, which are constructed with a goal to deepen your competency in preparing, leading and implementing learning programs based on best practices in Human Resource Management.

Between modules, action learning sessions take place, which are designed to deepen new knowledge and practice new skills.

The program gives an opportunity not only to understand the group processes but also to learn and practice a wide spectrum of people development methods such as training, experiential education and team coaching. The uniqueness of the program lies in the combination of understanding group dynamics, concrete skills and techniques, as well as an overview of the modern methods of people development andrelated consulting.
