The Leadership Expedition is an intensive experience dedicated to personal growth and interpersonal mastery. You will develop emotional and social intelligence skills that will help you to get clear about your goals, realize your potential and succeed on the path to your dreams.

During the course, you will be exposed to new adventures, challenges and experiences. We will use all of it as an opportunity for learning. This learning will be deepened through a series of group sessions that will facilitate an exchange of experiences and knowledge, as well as personal discovery and development.

Our venue is located in the beautiful Sudety area, where the wilderness of mountains, forests and lakes mingles with historical areas and traditional countryside. We will be surrounded by nature and a part of the program will be in nature – there will be some exciting outdoor activities (high fitness level is not required).We want you take away as much as possible from the course. Depending on the level of your hunger for learning and dedication to work diligently to master new skills - during the program, or as a result of it, you will:

The Gateway to the East, as Western Poland may be called, is a place where many cultures and historical influences mix. The spectacular scenery of the Sudety Mountains, the rolling plains of Silesia & Wielkopolska, the forests and lakes of Pomorze, are all a paradise for lovers of nature. You can also try your hand at canoeing, caving, cycling, hiking, paragliding, rock climbing, sailing, skiing and many other wilderness sports.

Many foreigners have been enticed by the beauty and atmosphere of Poland, so much so that they have moved here. Today many of them run hotels, restaurants, as well as cultural and sport facilities that will warmly welcome you.

The capital of Silesia - Wroclaw - The Meeting Place, located in the centre of Europe, is an impressive, lively city that you must see during your stay. Thanks to its history, charm and location it satisfies the needs of many visitors as well as of the major corporations, who have established their offices here.
