Leadership Expedition payment - Terms and Conditions of participating Registration procedure First step – Complete the application form. In order to have your registration completed, you will have to make first payment consisting of 50% of the amount that we agreed you are eligible for, no later than 30 days after you submitted the application form, and before the deadline.. The deadline for first payment is September 1 or until the course is full. How to pay After filling out the application form, and being accepted by us, you can make the payment through Bank Transfer - directly from your bank account. The deadline for full payment is September 25th. If the payment for the course is made later than that date, you will have to pay an extra late payment fee, consisting of 100 €. Cancelling your participation You can cancel your participation anytime until 25th September, loosing only the Administration Fee. After this date, you can loose all the amount that you have paid so far. We also offer you the option of transferring the money to the next edition of this program, paying only an extra Transfer Fee.
