Prepared and one and a half thousand hours of trainings and workshops for business and non-profit organizations, counting in the most famous Universities in Poland, where he worked with students as a Trainer of the Young Sociology Leaders School of the PSA. Besides his training experience, has managed large projects for non-government and educational organizations. Since 2007 is a Vice President of the Odyssey of the Mind Polska Foundation, where he works pro bono for the creative development of children.
